All orders will be shipped to the address you provided at checkout. Orders can take up to 3-6 business days to pack and ship. Once you place an order you will receive an email confirmation, and then you will receive another email when the item ships.
I ship worldwide. For small items (cups, plates, candleholders) shipping is $10 flat rate for domestic and then I charge $25 flat rate for international. I offer expedited rush shipping domestically for an extra $10, you can choose that option at checkout. For lighting shipping is considerably more expensive as I am packing both the shade and the base in separate boxes and they have to be adequately protected during their journey. For lamps domestic shipping is $50 flat rate and I ship via Fedex. For international please email me and I will give you a shipping quote. International items will be shipped via USPS priority or DHL, whichever is less expensive. I do combine shipping if you purchase multiple items. For example if you would like to buy a lamp and a cup, please select the lighting shipping option at checkout.
Once an item ships and I have sent you the tracking number the package is then out of my hands. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I am happy to purchase insurance, signature release, hold at carrier facility, etc. These options will incur additional fees.
With international shipping, the buyer is responsible for all customs fees and duties that may be charged at the point of pickup. If you choose to refuse the package because of these fees and the package is then returned to me, I will refund you for the purchase price minus the shipping fee.
If your item arrives damaged please send me detailed photos within three days of receiving the item and I will either refund you or if it’s an easily replaceable item I will ship you a new one.
local delivery and pickup
I am very happy to do local delivery within two hours of Los Angeles, or local pickup within Los Angeles. This is especially good for lighting as the pieces are fragile. Please contact me to set this up.
returns
Returns are assessed on a case by case basis. If the item can be shipped back to me undamaged, then I will accept the return and refund the purchaser, minus the shipping from me, and back to me. The refund will only be completed once the item arrives back to me, in the original packaging. To initiate a return please contact me via this form.
